When you first receive your crystal water bottle, make sure to clean the inside of the bottle and thoroughly with soap and water. You can cleanse the crystal using water, sunlight, sage or sound (Read our blog post for more info).

After cleansing the crystal, you can program it by meditating with it and deeply focus on your intention.
