Shipping

We ship our orders using Sendle and Australia Post, depending on your location and chosen shipping speed. We ship Standard Metro deliveries using Sendle. All PO Box, Parcel Locker, Remote location and Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post.

Our order processing time is up to 3 business days and shipping time is according to the following timeframes:


Standard Domestic Shipping: 3-6 business days

Express Domestic Shipping: 1-2 business days

Standard International Shipping: 6-20 business days (Depending on your shipping choice at the checkout)


Please keep in mind that shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19, particularly in Victoria.


In the unlikely scenario that your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post or Sendle directlyWe are here to help if a parcel goes missing in transit and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.


Please note that if your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or failure to pick up from your local post office within their time, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an addition cost to you. No refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.

As advised by our shipping partners, the following dates are the final days to place orders to arrive in time for Christmas this year. They are much earlier than previous years, so best to be prepared!

Standard (Sydney Metro) Shipping: Wednesday 16 December 2020
Standard (All Other States) Shipping: Thursday 10 December 2020
Express Domestic Shipping: Thursday 17 December

INTERNATIONAL (Standard Shipping Only)
New Zealand: Sunday 13 December 2020
United Kingdom: Wednesday 9 December 2020
Canada: Monday 23 November 2020
Rest of the World: Monday 30 November 2020

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at artemisandivy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help you. 


Please keep in mind that all crystals are unique and come in different patterns and tones. All are beautiful in their own perfect way. Trust that the stone has come to you for a purpose. We do not consider unusual markings in the crystals as "defects" and will not accept returns for this reason. Please also keep in mind that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Please note that returns will be at your own cost of shipping. Any loyalty points earned on items refunded will also be deducted from your rewards account. 


Damages and Issues:

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will arrange with you to provide an item of equal value or a store credit.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Any loyalty points earned on items refunded will also be deducted from your rewards account.
