Shipping

We ship our orders using Australia Post. Our order processing time is up to 5 business days and shipping time is according to the following timeframes:


Standard Domestic Shipping: 3-6 business days

Express Domestic Shipping: 1-2 business days

Standard International Shipping: 6-20 business days (Depending on your shipping choice at the checkout)


Please keep in mind that shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19, particularly in Victoria.


In the unlikely scenario that your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directlyWe are here to help if a parcel goes missing in transit and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.


Please note that if your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or failure to pick up from your local post office within their time, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an addition cost to you. No refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.

If you would like to return your Artemis+Ivy purchase due to change of mind, please fill out the form above and send your order back within 14 days of the date you received your order. Once we receive your return we will issue you a gift voucher. 


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. Please return your item(s) via a traceable mail service as Artemis+Ivy is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us.


Please allow up to 3 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by Artemis+Ivy. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your Artemis+Ivy order. You will receive a separate email address containing your gift voucher details and how to use your gift voucher. Please ensure to check your junk + spam inboxes for this email. 


All orders made with AfterPay are in accordance with all Artemis+Ivy return policies. Once your order has been processed, you will be issued with a gift voucher and you will continue to pay your AfterPay instalments.


Please keep in mind that all crystals are unique and come in different patterns and tones. All are beautiful in their own perfect way. Trust that the stone has come to you for a purpose. We do not consider unusual markings in the crystals as "defects" and will not accept returns for this reason. Please also keep in mind that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues:

In the unlikely instance that an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Once approved, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will arrange with you to provide an item of equal value or a store credit.


Exceptions and Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

In compliance with Australia Consumer Law, Artemis+Ivy is not required to provide a refund for change of mind returns or wrong selections. If there is a major fault with the item purchased, we will offer to replace it where available. If we cannot replace it, we will offer an Artemis+Ivy gift voucher or refund. All claims for faulty goods are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of Artemis+Ivy.


Cancellations

If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Any loyalty points earned on items refunded will also be deducted from your rewards account.
